Victory In The Supreme Court

Today the 2nd Amendment to the United States Constitution was held to apply to the individual states as well as the federal government. Writing for the majority, Justice Alito wrote that the "Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment incorporates the Second Amendment right recognized in Heller".
