As an Ohio Gun Lawyer I receive a variety of calls from clients needing all sorts of legal assistance, whether it be the formation of an NFA Trust or a criminal matter. The most common, however, is the client who calls and tells me they have been delayed on a NICS check for purchasing a firearm. The conversation oftentimes results in me telling the client they can not own guns AT ALL under either federal or state law.
